Production Details (Flow Chart)

Production process of the Walnut Protein as follows. First, upon organic rice arrival it is selected and broken into thick liquid. Then, the thick liquid is subjected to size mixing and screening. Following the screening, the process is divided into two branches, the liquid glucose and crude protein. The liquid glucose goes through saccharification, decoloration, lon-exchange and four-effect evaporation processes and finally packed as malt syrup. The crude protein also goes through number of processes as degritting, size mixing, reaction, hydrocyclone separation, sterilization, plate-frame and pneumatic drying. Then the product passes medical diagnosis and then packed as a finished product.
